While dreaming up new combinations of green smoothies, I thought cucumber and raspberry would be light and refreshing. Indeed, it's another new favorite. The tanginess of the raspberries is balanced by the bananas, while the distinct, melon-like flavor of the cucumber shines through, as I hoped it would. A smashing start to the day!
