This cinnamon steamer, which I made twice this week and which warmed us up after our icy adventures. Whisk on the stove until hot:

• 1 cup of whole milk
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• dash of ground nutmeg
