Muesli, which is healthful and rich in texture, is one of my go-to breakfasts. I love the mix of grains, sunflower seeds and dried fruit with creamy yogurt and sweet honey. My husband and daughter like it as well. As muesli is not pre-sweetened, it is more nuanced than granola with yogurt, obtaining flavor through the swirl of juice and honey.

Muesli with Berries and Yogurt

  • Yield: 1 bowl
  • 10 minutes

  • 1 cup packaged muesli
  • tangerine juice
  • whole milk Greek yogurt
  • honey
  • berries

For one serving, pour about 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli in a bowl. Add tangerine juice until just covered and allow it to sit for about 10 minutes, per package instructions. Then top with plain or fruit-flavored yogurt (Straus is my favorite!), honey, and berries.
